Swan Properties invests in Jabali Towers
Swan Properties takes 50% less one share of the company developing Jabali Towers at Tatu City, Kenya, alongside Rendeavour.

Swan Properties has acquired 50% less one share of the company developing Jabali Towers, a mixed-use project in the Tatu City Special Economic Zone, about 30 kilometres north of Nairobi. Rendeavour, the owner and developer of Tatu City, remains the majority shareholder.
Jabali Towers covers 88,000 square metres: two towers of 25 and 36 storeys above a podium of more than 35 restaurants and shops. More than 80 per cent of the first tower has been sold, with apartments ranging from studios to three bedrooms.
China Road and Bridge Corporation has been appointed main contractor, and the development is scheduled to open in 2028.
Swan Properties is the real estate arm of Mabani AlJazeera Holding Group, which announced the investment in July 2026. Its chairman described the combination of the group’s construction skills, materials and capital as what will set the development apart.
